Voices

Inside each of us, there is light and dark; good and evil, constantly at battle. Life is about creating balance, not suppressing your good, not suppressing your bad, but rather embracing them equally for one cannot exist without the other. We all have hatred, sorrow, greed, arrogance, and ego. We all also have kindness, empathy, peace, love, and compassion. The side you choose to fuel is the one that wins in the end.

Voices is choreographed by Nancy Page and is set to the music of renowned West Chester composer, Samuel Barber.

Now We Are Free

Originally performed in 2009, this neo-classical piece was primarily choreographed to highlight the younger students of the ballet company, offering them a mature piece that challenges their artistic development.

Rhythm Room

Brandywine Contemporary will raise the cool factor in "Rhythm Room".    The intimate Uptown Theater is the perfect venue to spend an evening taking in the timeless works from classic to contemporary jazz musicians. Music will include selections from artist Miles Davis, Ramsey Lewis, Dave Brubeck, McCoy Turner and St. Germain.

Colour Brillante

“The beauty and mystery of this world only emerges through affection, attention, interest, and compassion ... open your eyes wide and actually see this world by attending to its colors, details and irony.”

— Orhan Pamuk, My Name is Red
